401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
Discovery matches 25 cents on each employee dollar invested.
Health Care Benefits
Discovery Office Systems offers the choice of an HMO or a PPO
health care program; prescription drug program; dental coverage;
group life insurance; vision care; short and long term
disability; and, pre-tax savings plans.
Paid Time Off Policy
Recognizing that from time-to-time employees need time off to be
free from job responsibilities, employees are provided an annual
person time off benefit (PTO). PTO may be used for any purpose
such as illness; vacation; to attend to personal business;
childcare; eldercare; religious holiday, etc. For the first
through fifth year of employment, employees earn three weeks of
PTO; the accrual increases thereafter according to longevity.

Float Day
Employees are provided one float day off per year.
